At first I felt this was going to take forever and I would get taken advantage since I am the other person. Ms. Reine took her time answering all my questions and returned all my calls. she even called me back on Sunday when I left a message I was worried. I can not say enough about this lady. I am so great full to this company and only wish they would insure me but they are not an insurance company. I just signed the damage release today and this happened 18 days ago!
